Baked Gulab Jamun || White Rose Flavored || V-Day Special

Ingredients to make Baked Gulab Jamun:-

10 pieces of Gulab Jamun

750 ml full-cream milk

2 tbsp sugar

3 drops of white rose essence

1/2 tbsp dried rose petals

Pinch of salt


Instructions to make Baked Gulab Jamun:-

To make the dish, take the milk on a heavy bottom saucepan.

Bring the milk to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally so that the milk does stick on the bottom of the pan.

Reduce the milk to 1/3rd. Switch off the flame.

Add sugar and pinch of salt. Stir until dissolved. Let it cool down.

Mix white rose essence to the reduced milk and sugar mixture and stir gently.

Arrange the gulab jamuns on a baking tray. Pour the white rose flavoured reduced milk mixture on top of the Gulab Jamuns.

Add dried rose petals on top of the gulab jamuns.

Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Bake these gulab jamuns with rose flavoured reduced milk mixture at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Rest it for 1 hour. Baked Gulab Jamun is ready to serve to celebrate this V-Day.
