1 tbsp butter
2 tsp veg Oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
One cup chopped green onion
1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
Salt to taste
Instructions to make Egg Bhurji with Green Onion
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs using a spoon and keep aside.
Heat a pan on medium flame and pour oil in it.
Add butter, green onion and green chilies to the pan.
Stir them well until the green onions become tender.
Add turmeric powder and salt and stir for 1 minute.
Lastly, pour in the slightly beaten eggs and keep whisking until cooked.
